Ripoff on cheap mountain bikes

My husband and I recently received information in the mail regarding discounted merchandise. We had been wanting to purchase bikes for the summer, so we decided to order them throught the mail.

We just received them and have found them to be of very poor nature. There are numerous scratches on them, the front end was put on backwards, and the brakes do not stop the bike, even after being adjusted.
After spending hours trying to adjust the brakes (the front ones weren't even on correctly), I gave up and looked for a phone number to call and complain. No where, in all the information we received, is there a phone number.

Please help us. We want to return the bikes, but fear that we will have to pay the shipping again!!! Also, any ideas of how to get a hold of this company?
