Worst service ever and not very cleanly

It got them more than 2 months to truly have the "only individual who addresses cancellations" contact me... Then another 5 times to stop my account... They extended to cost it following the termination with no you might contact me back regarding this - I named 4 occasions and also the same lady who addresses cancellations was never in... After processing a using the BBB she named me back, calling the team with a distinct title and declaring that she didnt have me like a participant (but evidently still had my credit card to cost me) - I've to stop my card! Worst support actually and never really easily.
