Stay Away! Rudest people ever!

Biggest Jerks Ever. I went there to buy some interlocking matts. Went to local warehouse to pick up some interlocking matts to make a place for baby to play. After having the wrong address, getting to the right address, sign saying go to back... No one in back, I call, they say they will meet me up front, get in, dogs bark & lick my toes, then they want to charge me 11% extra to use my credit card. 11% extra! It didn't add up to much but I'm not paying "extra"!

The man @ the warehouse said" I have to charge 11% when using a card, I don't know why, I'm not the owner". So I left mad & sent them an email saying I will tell everyone about the 11% extra.

WOW did I get responce from Sean the owner. It turns out that the 11% was tax and his cc procession fees. Tax I understand but the guy did not say tax he said "extra" & that he did not know why he had to charge "extra"!

I have gotten about 4 more emails since then.

Telling me I am

*making an ass out of myself
*I am lying, his employee would never say such a thing
*i'm spreading vile poison.

I'm just happy this all went down before I bought. So many places sell the same thing without the hassle. I have matts coming from a different place and I'm so happy. Now if only Sean would stop emailing me!
