Sold me a damaged & repaired gunstock and only gave partial refund

I ordered a weatherby gunstock from Henry at great American gunstock, and had it sent to A-square. When A-square inspected it, they saw it had a chip in it that was glued back in. Henry at great american gunstock sent me a damaged, repaired stock! A-square sent it back the next day, two weeks later my account was still not credited the $459. I called henry and he started giving me a song and dance about his problems, and he sent some other guy money, and could I work with him, etc. I told him no. He credited me $337 and shorted me $122, said it was a re-stocking fee! Do not buy from him! I found many other complaints online about him after I purchased.
