D&dsuppliers, dandsuppliers, Boy Scouts cheated out of hard earned money

The Boy Scouts worked very hard to earn money for new cooking equipment for the troop. When they found what seemed to be a good deal at D&D suppliers they ordered 3 sets of cooking equipment and paid for it through Paypal. Only 1 set of cooking equipment was sent. Upon several attempts to resolve the issue, D&D promised first to ship the item which they did not. A refund was promised which never happened and finally total failure to respond to the request. A dispute through Paypal was denied as they don't handle complaints about quantity shipped. The boys now have to earn more money and pay a greater price to obtain something they desperately need.
