On Feb 1 we purchased an R11 driver from this company. We wired the funds to their financial institution as we wanted to ensure they got the funds immediatley so that it did not report poorly for us on ebay. They thanked us for being good customers and that they received our money. To this date we have not received the item. They have been telling us for 5 months that they have not received the item from the manufacturer, that was after telling us that they could reimburse us but they now had the item but we would have to pay a restocking fee and the shipping fee back to them. We agreed that they could ship us the item because they now had it and they would pay us the $15.00 shipping fee along with a few token items for our patience. This occured in May, after numerous phone conversations with Chris, their office manager and emails from Allan Viteri telling us they were still waiting for the club. Each time we call, which is almost daily we are told they will be shipping the club in one week. We have am email from Taylor Made, producer of the R11 club, saying that anyone company that deals with them has had their shipment since before February and they are not behind on their club production. When we have called they say that we can't talk to the billing department for whatever reason they have that day, or they just don't answer the phone. They give numerous excuses and say that the club will be shipped in one week. This company has stolen our money, 377.65, and they have made no attempt to rectify this situation. We have to wonder how many others have been ripped off by this company.
