Lies and more lies

I ordered a refrigerator in November with the understanding that it would be delivered by mid-January. I called in early January and was told by my salesman contact that the item was in the warehouse, soon to be shipped. Upon further inquiry, I learned the item was not in the warehouse and would not arrive until January 30. I called today and was initially told the item was shipped. When I requested details of the shipment, I was transferred to the billing department where I was told I would receive an email about the details of shipping - thinking the item was in and was going to be shipped soon. I received another email telling me the item was not in the warehouse and would not be received from the manufacturer until the end of February. I don't believe anything this company tells me now and iy is unclear when or IF I will ever get my refrigerator.
