Ripping off people by telling them it is month to month

They claim it is a month to month memebership. It is a lie. I called and canceled my membership 15 days prior to end of the month. I received a bill saying that I owe for the following month. Chris said you had to either fax or come in person. I said, I tried to email you but you have none. It is why cant you have an email, nobody uses fax anymore.in anycase they want me to pay for extra 2 months and processing 12/month turned to $36... They are ripping me off
