Excellent area, great amenities, cold over-winter (preserving on warmth?) dirty as hell, when you have allergies, absolutely miss it. Administration is terrible, Alissa the supervisor (not really a climber) makes all initiatives to make sure her insurance recommendations are fulfilled, that will be okay if her dull disrespect would not destroy the entire hiking experience.

My estimation? Search for somewhere else-where the hiking expertise is number 1 objective, from climbers to climbers.
