Needed to cancel Membership due to car accident

I originally bought the account to permit my boy, 14, to sort out. The worker who closed me-up stated that I really could do my reading and learning for college while he was performing his work-out, so long as I had been within the building. I had been struck with a vehicle while driving my bicycle Feb. 18 and also have not had the opportunity to consider him towards the gym. I went within this night and questioned if his buddy might consider my location exercising since I have clearly couldn't. I had been told "Number." Therefore, then I questioned easily might move the account to his father's title so he can work out. I had been again informed "Number." The underside line is, I had been lied to after I registered, the man mentioned used to do not need to become exercising too. Today she informs me that my boy can't work-out while I stay and study. She stated the very best that she may do would be to freeze my consideration for four weeks. I informed her that that's not reasonable to my boy, and never what I had been informed at first and that I needed my account ended without spending the charge because it wasn't my problem that I had been struck with a vehicle and he or she won't permit my spouse to dominate the account therefore our son could work out. I don't believe this is actually the proper motion because of my conditions. I'd like my account ended, nor believe I ought to be billed the cancelation fee.
