Human Resource Dept. Ripoff! The Director was sleeping with the management candidate who replaced me. Unrightful firing

Casino's will do this - push you out the door, especially if they have a "friend" who they want to replace you. They will make up stuff about you, change your schedule, whatever they want. The Director was sleeping with a Management candidate who replaced me. I was ripped off by this company.

I knew I was being set up - pushed out. First I was "mysteriously" questioned about drug use? Okay, insisted on taking a test, and they said no. Refused to. Then they brought staff in "to write statments about Sara." Then Ray Perez in HR made false, public statements about Sara to the tribe.

10 days after I wrote a letter (below) and started questioning this, the new manager, the false drug test, the rallying of statements against Sara— I was fired.

I wrote him this letter, and was mysteriously fired 10 days later. I just wanted everyone to know how Barona Valley Ranch scammed me, set me up...

Mr. Ray Perez Director of Staff Relations:

After the Tribal Review Board Dec. 19th for XXX Joe Smith, it has been reported you made rude and untruthful statements about me before an audience of my peers. I am writing this letter due to the humiliation you have caused me in my workplace.

During your closing statements, you were defending Joe to get his job back, after losing it for poor attendance. You added "Sara sent Joe home because his wife had a sinus infection and Sara said "I bet your wife if just on her period."

First of all, I (sara) never said anything like this. Second, you met with me to review all of Joe's accusations against management. You only brought up evaluations and record keeping. Why were you hiding this statement from me? But to bring it up later, in closing statements, when I am not present to defend myself?

There were several of my peers and Managers present in the room when you made this comment. There were also Tribal Review Board and Human Resource staff present. I am up for a General Manager position, and the people who hire me, are the ones you made this comment to.

Do you know how uncomfortable you have made me? I am disgusted you and Joe would make such a comment about the female body. Do you think I run around and make comments about women being on their period?

You have defamed me, gotten what you wanted, but I need answers. Why did you make a personal attack on me? What did this have to do with the case? I work with those people everyday, and I never said such a thing.
