World Gym ripoff dishonest fradulent billing, I am overwhelmed by this and just by the fact that they are not taking responsibility for their actions

World Gym of Asheville, Has fradulently been billing me for a memebership that I did not agree too. Supposedly an agreement to a "free" trial membership means that you will be billed.

The Manager is refusing to see me or return any of my calls. When an appointment was made and I went to the establishment and he "all of a sudden" had a meeting come up, which by the way I was told was going to last for another 45 minutes.

I am overwhelmed by this and just by the fact that they are not taking responsibility for their actions.
