Jack Hamm took a month for refund and then didnot give me the full amount

I ordered 2 clubs back in august and they were sent to me august 26th and i had 60 days in which to try them in i was not satisfied i could return them, which i did and they received them oct. 4th, which they kept telling me they hadn't but accoding to the tracking fromfedex they did get them. It took from then to nov. 9th to get my refund which was to be $99.91 and they only credited my acct. For 76.95 i would not suggest anybod buy from them. They had also voer charged me for the original shipping of 16 dollars (29.95) and i shipped them back for onlly 13.00 dollars. To me this a ripoff company.
