Hope Mills Universal
Aka Overnight Medicine.com ripoff-charged my account two times in August and won't refund the overcharge

On August 16th of this year I ordered Renova from this company. They charged my debit card in the amount of $180.68. The charge was made by Hope Mills Universal. The website name was overnight medicine.com, which is no longer available for access. They then failed to ship the order for 4 days. On August 20th they shipped the order and then charged my debit card AGAIN in the amount of $180.68.

I have contacted Hope Mills Universal Customer Service Department on 4 ocassions and have never received a response as to the status of my refund.

It is now October 11th and I have sent an e-mail to their corporate headquarters, which you can find by simply going to HMUniversal and typing in the "contact us" box. I doubt that I will ever receive my monies from these people.

If anyone out there knows how to contact someone to get results, please let me know. When they double charged my account, it created an overdraft which I was then charged $33.00 per day for the following 6 days until I received my paycheck and could cover the non-sufficient funds from another check that hadn't cleared my account yet.
