Imposible of cancellation

I went personally to Stop account, we went of the nation and simply returned and shifted to a different condition. I had been examining my bank acct and 6 months once they continue to be receiving and off-course they do not have something on document stating that I went personally to stop so that they won't credit me. Imposible to STOP account even when they declare it's every month.
