I am actually upset about 24hour fitness customer support point. I'd my bill freezed for several time period and 24hour fitness reactivated by themselves and charged my bank card. After I named to inquire about this case, only factor a man showing me was that it may reactivate itself. I had been truly annoyed and have for reimbursement, and only response was I will simply visit the gym to get a month. This is actually the toughest customer support actually. I needed to keep in touch with the supervisor and also the man set me on-hold for more then 10 mins, and that I just put up. After I freezed my consideration, they never explained something about reactivation. After I requested to keep in touch with the supervisor, this personis only response was " did i reply all your concerns?". He was mocking me without a doubt, he repeated exactly the same issue "did i reply all your concerns?" three times in a line.
