Vendor refuses to exchance for correct racquet, or refund the money

Requested a tennis racquet from their website like a holiday present, to complement my spouseis previous racquet (Triad 3). Joined design kind on site Research purpose. Research led to Triad 3.0, that we requested. Works out the Triad 3.0 isn't exactly the same racquet whilst the 3. Found after striking one-shot, after first use. The Research must have delivered me to T3 (which may have now been exactly the same racquet) as Triad 3.

Merchant will not exchance for proper racquet, or return the cash. Today blaming me to do this to create a revenue! All I'd like may be the proper racquet.
