Bad Business Practice

Don't order your merchandise here. After ordering a tennis racquet for a friends birthday which qualified for free shipping, then spending more for second day air - I tracked the package to discover that an order placed on WED is not delivered until the next TUES - wow - 2nd day air is more like 7 day air. I called the manager of the business who was extremely rude to me.By the time the gift gets here the person's birthday will be over and the person will not be here anymore, so I will end up having to ship the gift to them.

On the 2nd day air option, it specified MON - SAT delivery on the website. Hopefully the seller will correct that. The part that makes me furious is giving someone $200 bucks and then having to listen to them treat me rudely. I don't think so - they can have the racquet back - I am returning it. I refuse to give people like this my money. I will NEVER order here again. And this is an understatement.
