TM Rescue Club-would not exchange

Purchased a Taylormade Number 3 Recovery Membership on 5/14, struck it about the variety at my club, didn't such as the length I had been obtaining, and so I passed the shop today (5/20) to exchange to get a Number 5 club.

Not Really A single-person within the tennis division, a man arrived by, I told him what I needed. He explained he had just worked there to get a week and he'd find somebody. He visited the rear of the shop, returned 5 mintues later to express the individual employed in that division was within the back performing stock and desired to understand, "what did I want?" I mentioned I needed to exchange the club, therefore we visited entrance of the shop, he created out some type of solution, he then went again towards the back of the store to exhibit the club towards the man that's also busy in the future on the ground my club.

So after another five minutes, below comes this person that claims he's the "golf-pro" in the shop which he's not getting back the membership.

Well, many tennis shops may exchange a membership following a couple of days, truly just strike it-one evening several times about the variety.

And So I quit the shop and that I won't return there easily might help it.

DSG isn't within the customer support company, that market issues, they are doing nothing following the purchase when there is a problem. Dont get golf clubs there if you don't certain of the thing you need. Really, save your self the disappointment, visit a genuine tennis store. DSG isn't any cheaper on the brand name groups, costs are the exact same, why cope with DSG???
