USA RV Park - Gene Donelly Unlawful, late-night eviction

My husband, Friend & I arrived at USA RV park Campground Sept 27,03 @ 12:11pm. A 12/13 yr old boy ckd us & our 2 dogs in. Which of course is illegal for anyone under the age of 18yrs to run a VISA card but, he did.

Later, that evening about 9pm we all headed for the DOG WALK. While heading back a man (GENE DONELLY) began YELLING at us saying "NO DOGS ON THE PAVEMENT" we said nothing as we were not sure why this man would say this as this was the ONLY way to get to the SITE. & we were obaying the rules according to the info we had. (unless we carried our dogs @ 50 & 90Ibs) Mr Donelly came from no where & began YELLING 2inchs from my face again saying "NO DOGS ON PAVMENT" I WILL EVICT YOU NOW" "WHERE IS YOUR SITE"?

We explained we could only get to the Dog Walk by means of pavement. He began to yell more & got irrate with us, walked us to our site & said dont give me any LIP or I will throw you all out TONIGHT! I had only asked him what did we do wrong to deserve this. He left yelling with theats, he then came back w/another man & our invoice copy. Said you are all OUT NOW. He lied & changed the number of people we ckd in with, on his copy & said we now had 3 dogs then called the police on us.

We showed him our copy that showed 3 people but, he still said I DONT CARE LEAVE ANYWAY! No report was filed as we had done no wrong. Officer Secina of Gallup NM (14yr vet) was at the sene. This man had me in TEARS that night for hrs in total disbelive of what had just happened. Pls share this info with others as he seams to be an UNSTABLE, HEAVY MEDICATED, DISTURBED & a LIAR of a MAN/OWNER of an RV Park Site w/a Good Sams log, which we intend to advs them of. Let me add that he made a false 911 call w/false accusations. But my writing space is limited.
