I will not spend any holiday money with Dicks

I visited buy two tennis raquets at dicks sporting products in chattanooga tennessee and discovered they didn't provide a stringing support for that raquets they offered. Used to do not create the purchase which is difficult to comprehend! After obtaining house i created a telephone call to dicks to request when the had particular treadmill in-stock, waited on-hold for more than 8 units.

I never see senior supervisors (over-age 30) within the shop and question if this insufficient adult management may be the cause of what I've experienced as bad customer support. Within this economy this shop in chattanooga must give a stringing support this can be a large football city. ADDITIONALLY ANSWER THE TELEPHONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Im done and won't commit any holiday money with dicks.

Necessary compititon for this shop will become necessary may bee they'd then strip down. A missing client.
