Refusing to give receipt / shoddy skateboards

Therefore my buddy was provided a compensation to get a skateboard he purchased as of this shop, that he requires a bill. At period of purchase, a bill wasn't provided since the bill device was damaged. Today, the dog owner doesn't wish to provide a bill since he really wants to get the compensation herself, then provide my buddy something special card towards the shop, consequently ensuring himself a dual revenue.

He absolutely will not provide us a bill.

On another event my buddy purchased a skateboard there that smashed within fourteen days and delayed changing the skateboard for weeks.
