Placed order on 11/11/09. Charge hit credit card within seconds of placing order. As of 12/11/09, the order had not shipped.

I received no e-mail updates from them. I was never given an indication that my order may be out-of-stock. Their "live chat" customer support never connects. Getting anyone on the phone takes incredible persistence.
