American Golf Corp. Owns and manages over 150 public and private golf courses in the U.S. American Golf solicits a DEPOSIT, not an initiation fee, to join a private club. Deposits, by law and legal definition, are to remain in the name of the member (consumer) in return for promised services and amenities.

American Golf lies! Promised services and amenities are not provided! Deposits have been stolen, and cannot be accounted for! Over $7 million in missing deposits at Eagle Brook Country Club, Geneva, Illinois. $1.4 million missing from Deer Creek CC in Littleton, CO.

Fraud lawsuits have been filed in Illinois, Colorado, California, Texas and Washington state. Currently being investigated by the Illinois and Colorado Attorney Generals.
