Was involved in skimming over $1.5 million US dollars from investors in a "golf academy" in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, then over $50k from investors in "Phoenix Golf" at Lake Chapala, Mexico.

Also involved in golf time-share scams.

May currently be trying to set himself up somewhere in Europe.

Is a VERY convincing smooth-talker, but practically nothing he claims survives even a superficial investigation.
