Out Of Stock is their mantra AFTER ordering

Understand that while this company will try to convince you on their web site that their customer service is unmatched, their web site will NOT advise you that the items you are looking at may be out of stock. This appears to be a common complaint, even on their own site forums. So, you may waste your time compiling an order, only to find the next day that the order is on hold as they scurry to order from their suppliers. Then, be prepared for customer service that appears cheerful but does not get the job done. They may have great prices, but beware that unlike reputable internet retailers, their inventory is unknown until after you made a commitment to buy. The savings may not be worth it if you value your time, over reputable internet discount retailers.
