$1000 prize not paid ripoff fraud New York

I won a video poker tournament which cost $5.00 to enter, and had a prize of $1000.00. Two months later I still have not received any check, and they don't answer repeated emails from me. Either they are extremely stupid people running this thing, or it is a ripoff and no prizes are ever paid. If anybody reading this has actually received a $1000 prize, or not (ther should be over 100 winners from the 3 months since it started) Please let me know by emailing me.
