Pure Spin Golf Co Inc 30 days free trial ripoff scam

I have recieved a phone call from PureSpin, it was about offering 30 days free golf clubs trial with custom fitting by recieving credit card payment first. If I don't like them, the credited amount $1326.95 from my credit card was promised to be refunded when the products are returned to them.

My wife said not to do, but I did. I have returned the products in Nov. yet no refund has been made. Someone answered phone only twice out of numerous phone calls I have made and told me to talk to Wayne Fernandes who has never returned call to my messages.

Finally today, I called other toll fee number on written the contract and being told that the number is for different company and that they are planing to disconnect the number. Oh right. Now that I knew I was one of many - I guess - victimized golfers. No legal action? No social justice??
