I first had issues within the yearly accessmsnt that was not mentioned with my spouse and me at that time we closed our agreements. I did so ask if we ought to be prepared to observe additional costs and was advised no. Towards the credit of WOW they supported out these costs after some discussion.

I had been informed by AmX they might cease further payment by WOW when I was deleting my account. I then found out in July that I had been still being billed. I'd not delivered a professional letter for them. I delivered this notice and today in September I'm still being billed. I've delivered another licensed notice and informed AmX. Although we're just speaking $75-100 escaping is truly difficult.
