Ripped-off by a Motorcycle accessories internet store HELMETS ETC

Purchased a 2 piece rain suit from Helmets ETC. On the internet. Paid with a credit card. Got a reply that they were processing my order. 10 days later i had not received my purchase, so i emailed the company and waited a week or two more. I sent a follow-up email again to the company and also tried to call the 1-800 number they provided, it was disconnected. The company never got back to me.

Tired of waiting, I contacted the Better Business Bureau of Florida, i emailed my complaint to them. I received an email from the BBB asking for 30 Days for them to contact the company and get back to me, before i did a trace with them.

I finally received a letter from the BBB, around the 1st of October The letter stated that they could do nothing for me because the company Helmets Ect. Did not reply to them.

I would check the number of complaints filed against this compant before you did business with them. I lost about 60.00 dollars on this deal. I would never do business with this company again even if i received the product or my money back.

Before doing business over the internet. If the company does not use paypal, I will not do business with them.
