On 8/17/09 I sent an email to discountmarinesupply.com to check on availability of a 8' WalkerBAy dinghy. Within a couple of hours Chris Gray replied that the dinghy was in stock and would be shipped from within 2 or 3 days from their Connecticut warehouse after receipt of order. My order was entered 8/17/09 using google checkout and my credit card was charged $705.95 by discountmarinesupply the same day.
On 8/25/09 google indicated the order was still not shipped, so I sent an email to discountmarinesupply.com asking when it would be shipped. No response.
On 8/27/09 I sent another email to discountmarinesupply.com indicating SECOND REQUEST for shipping information and stating I would wait 24 hours for a reply before disputing the charge with my credit card. No response.
On 8/28/09 I found a simular complaint against them on usacomplaints.com. So I disputed the charge with my credit card and I am waiting for action.
