Bad joke

I go in this gym for the guest pass advertised. A rep forces me to endure her lame, stale sales pitches until I finally agree to a $45 a month membership then she can't figure out how to program my card. Some time later, she hands me a card that, I discover the first time I drive up there to workout, doesn't work. Nobody answers or responds to messages left at posted numer. I have to call during her narrow office hours and she only tells me it shoud've worked and it will now. I drive up there again, gas prices what they are, and it doesn't. We start the whole process over again and repeat it 4 or 5 time. Finally I have to take an afternoon off to catch her there and get a working card and she cops an attitude with me! Next thing I know, additional money is drafted from my account, overdrawing it. When I protest the owner throws a temper tantrum and cancels my membership. I'm left with wasted time, money and gas, missed workouts an overdrawn account no gym. Avoid these people like the plague.incompetent, rude staff. No less expensive than any other gym and far less to offer (that is if you're lucky enough to get thru the door). Go to a real gym, these people are a joke, a bad joke!
