False Advertising

I registered Exercise US for that 2 weeks I had been in Bay Area since their ads (in publications, online, actually on the walls) proclaim: "month-to-month only" "no conctacts" and "pay-as you-go", and since the worker I talked with certain me that eliminating my account in 2 weeks wouldn't be considered a challenge.

After sending a proper request cancelation and numerous telephone calls, Exercise US advised me that I'd continue being billed a regular charge for that next 1 5 years that's really greater than the charge the worker explained I'd be spending. I have experienced telephone bushes, remaining communications, submitted grievances etc. Etc.in a few days I'll be unemployed and existing 10 hours from the place of the gym. While somebody does answer the telephone they're verbally insulting and state prejudice towards the marketing and customer support methods happening inside the organization.
