Today at aprox 6:00pm i obtained a telephone call out of this area in refference to my boy's consideration, from the worker called 'Dorothy'

She subsequently proceeded to inform me concerning the payment, i told her that it was my kids account and inside the previous week i i talked to still another individual out of this organization regarding this same problem, where the pc mentioned it, i informed her that I'd submitted these details to him, and please be aware the account to stop the telephone calls. She subsequently informed me that it had been to poor and also the calls may proceed, " i ask her explanation me"she subsequently started to spoken frighten me, and guarantee me the calls wont end, and began to utilize unprofessional language, after which hung-up the telephone"

The phone number was on my owner I.D., and so I called back and talked towards the boss title Mindy Montgomery, and advised her that I'll be processing a criticism against L.A. Exercise ASAP. She offered me her contact info and also the worker title "Dorothy"
