Charged right away, but never received my order!

My report is just like all the others: I ordered a skatedeck on 6/19/09 and never received it. My bank statement said I was charged immediately. I have emailed them and tried several different phone numbers to no avail. I am actually going to CA this week for xgames and I plan on visiting the shop myself.
