Horizon Fitness offers up to 25 year warranties on its products, but when it's time to exercise the warranty, the company conveniently loses the information you submitted via warranty card and demands proof of purchase. Company refuses to honor its stated warranties. These losers manufacture low quality treadmills that fail after 3 years of light use and then refuse to fix them.
