Riverside Marina quoted $1200.00 to remove, rebuild, and install 350 engine - then said i owe $4300!

Riverside Marina quoted me $1200.00 total to remove, rebuild, and install my 350 engine. This is just Labor, which is more then I would normally pay, but I wanted to give the work to them. I showed up on July 10th to pay the quoted amount ($1200.00), and they handed me a bill for $4300.00. He never called and had no authorization for anything above $1200.00. Be very careful if you do business with this Marina!!! Now he is Holding my Boat!!!
