I visited Lifestyle Health Club, since the indication stated that these were waiving the registration charge to get a restricted time. After calling them, I had been told that they'd 'NO SUPERVISOR" within their service, and that I had a need to contact their corporate workplace, which offered me the runaround for over an hour. Then was told that I had been necessary to deliver them a 'LICENSED NOTICE"-which they 'INFORMED" me about about the first evening, and was in my own agreement, since 'THEY ALWAYS DO THIS!!!" -used to donot actually abandon with any paperwork!!!
