Gravity Defyer
REFUND was always being sent out NEXT WEEK

I purchased shoes from Gravity Defyer, and then returned them. They acknowledge getting the return and acknowledged they will refund the full price. BUT they never do. Every time I call they have another excuse that always ends with: "we will process the check next week." I have been hearing this for months. I bought the shoes in December.
A lot of "next weeks" have come and gone but still no refund check.

Clearly when it comes to buying something that, in all likelihood, may have to be returned (shoe sizing by mail is difficult) why deal with a company like this.
