Didn't use the club for 8 monts, paid for something u can't use!

I join the club in summer 2008 got out with the boat 5 times. After a period of 6-7 months I got another 4 times to go out with the boat. Many times I rezerved on thursday's a boat for friday for 6am departure.in the morning the boat wasn't ready at 6am and had to wait till 8 or 9 am for the club to open. All the boats has a defect. They don't maitain the boats good. I can say that all the fish and depth finders doesn't work only on 1 or 2 boats. Now again I have no boat for another 2 months. So on the end why do I pay for this so called "Boat Club"??? Another major problem is been overcharged for gas. I was a couple of times out and just drift for 2-3 hrs and my gas bill was 68$.insaine!!!
I will talk to my lawer and see what I can do with this membership, and evntualy I will take them to court. I throw out of window 13K $ for nothing.
