To whom it my concern, my parents came to see me grad, but before that they went to 24hrfitness in hawaii kai. When they got home i wanted to know how was it. My dad was so upset @ manager, name jason. He was so rude/taking money from plastic bag while in office. He was putting $ into pocket. My dad is retire from police dept/mom is retire from bank as a loan officer. My dad confronted jason about money & asked if he could buy 2-towels. Jason got so upset told parents no towel no work out. Parents tried to explain to him but he (jason) told them to get out using a little cussing words@#$%^! Please members on board can't something be done to fix this problem. I then went to talk w/jason & told him something has to be done. Told him i'll pull (25-45) members from this gym, & he said no problem, go ahead.
