Never received product

We ordered and paid for a custom built pool table in July. We were told it would take around 8 weeks to deliver. Six months later and we still have not received the pool table. We have attempted to contact Pool Tables Direct (aka The Ultimate game Room) by phone and email and no one will call or email us back.
