Not perfessional, Not punctial, Not deserving of your business

I ordered a set of custom poker chips for my friend's stag party. I ordered them 5 weeks in advance and the company said they ship the custom poker chips after approx 2 weeks. I did not recieved them in time and when I e-mailed them to asked if I could return them, they of course said no after serveral days of not replying.
During this time I was then advised by Visa to decline the shipment, (don't do that, it doesn't help) and the owner of the company phoned me and swore at my answering machine for a good couple of minutes.
I wouldn't bother with this company, there are so many others out there, and if anyone knows a good one, please add it to this report.
