Poker Purchased product, never recieved, no answer to e-mails, phone not answered

I purchased some poker chips from this company and paid for two day shipping. I never received a confirmation e-mail. So I waited a couple days. I sent an e-mail, which immediately got kicked back. I called numerous times, but the phone rings about twenty times and a voice mail system picks up for someone to punch in their code to access voice mails. I did some research and found a guy named Leonard that supposedly owns the company / web site. Called his number, but never got a reply. Sent him an e-mail, but got kicked back. I only spent about $40 and have since closed my credit card, but I can't believe people do this stuff on purpose. What is wrong with this world??? I just want my poker chips.
