II am reitred promise made none kept, but yet want me to pay for something I did not receive

I went to become a member of this group in good faith. I was told that my membership intitle me to trips around the country at good discount rates, accest to golf courses at discount rates around the country and many more discount rates of verious kinds. I was also told that I would have accest to a professional traner, practice fulcility with electronic simulater and the ability to practice any time I wanted within the hours they were open.

I was also told tha I would get a set of fitted clubs and if I would lose, brake or it get stolen it would be replaced at no cost to me. They also told me that I could make a little money on the side just by getting someone else to come in to whitch I would be paid 100 dollors, and if they would join I would get 200 dollors. All this sounded good to me that is why I join, but none of thes promises were met in fact the company went out of business.

The killer here is that they still think that I should pay for something that I did not receive. The catch here is that they supposedly (the financial institution), paid Kis, so since Kis was paid and I financed my balance I therfore owe the financial institution the balance. The problem here is that Kis and the financial institution is one in the same. The way I see it is there was no money exchange therfore none owed.

This is nothing but a schame, and I and many other north carolineians got cought up in it. There is no was I am going to pay for something I did not receive. If there is a clase action suit out thier I want to be a part of it so please e-mail me contact me any way you can I want to be apart of whatever action is available.
