Undue Charge and Sales Folks Not Telling the Truth

I registered this membership in Folsom in December. The revenue man (Leigh) who listed me within the membership waived the charge for my boy, and he said that it had been advantageous to only 2 weeks, but he explained, he'll use the membership supervisor to obtain the waiver extended. I had been pleased about the present directed at me, and that I got all of the membership cards from him about the evening, and anything was good for that first couple of days.

The issue began for me personally following the first week. Our boy's title wasn't about the program, and evidently Leigh offered merely a temporary account for my son because the charge was waived for him. To my shock, I also recognized the he didn't work on the area anymore.

However, after I described the problem to another person at work, he (Bob?) helped restore the account for my boy, and explained that I ought to have no more problems. He also informed me he may talk to the membership supervisor and obtain the waiver extended for me personally.

However, a couple of days later, the folks in the party might discover that my Boy's title wasn't about the consideration. It had been really annoying, and that I needed to clarify the problem to a different man (David?) who had been in their office - this time around, the man completely guaranteed me he may talk to the "back-office" and repair the problem.

However, that never happened. A couple of days later whenever we visited the membership, I had been halted in the party again, and requested about my boyis account - this time around, the man who talked in my experience formerly (David?) was contained in work, so when I visited inquire about the problem, he known me towards the Common supervisor who had been within the office - I had been undoubtedly upset by all of the problems I had been going through. The GM wasn't useful whatsoever. No apologies, nothing. Never felt sorry for that problems I had been going right through in-vengeance of gathering 2 weeks of account profit progress. After some hot conversations, he merely decided that I will make use of the gym before first 2 weeks that I taken care of, and next I'll be billed in the normal price, or I've to signal a-2 year agreement to obtain the unique offer. With the problems I had been going right through I had been definitely not thinking about signing a-2 year agreement. Therefore, I offered my one month notice to stop the account.

After I visited the membership a couple of days later, I'd exactly the same unique issue that I'd following the first week - my Boyis membership wasn't about the consideration, and that I needed to clarify in the party on which happened. Actually the GM didn't repair the problem!!! Today, that describes why all his team was like this - stretching presents which should not have already been expanded in my experience, and not bothered to repair my issue completely from day-one!

To my surprise, a couple of days later, on January 18th, I acquired billed for that month of February 18th - March 17th, also through I offered my one month notice on Jan 12th. After I visited membership nowadays to inquire about this (towards the GM again), he explained the notice I offered on 12th was for thirty days after March 17th. I'd no thought how their one month notice works. It evidently wants over 60 times!!! And, additionally he explained that Our boy can't make use of the Gym, and he might take me out easily were likely to speak anymore.

I had been really upset by these occasions, and also the treatment meted out in my experience by this membership.

Today, I dont learn about other areas, however the Folsom Membership is terrible. Their sales team never let you know the reality, and also have total disregard for client satisfaction.

I should inform the remaining club team were really pleasant although (particularly individuals in the kids club).

Therefore, please be familiar with that which you are becoming a member of, and obtain anything written down. Obviously, I'd never move this membership again.
