Can't get title or info

I ordered my utv in March and received it in May. I had overheating problems and talked to tech. Support. It took over 4 months to get a thermostat. To this date, I still do not have a Title, owners manual or other information about the unit I bought. I bought a 500CC - 4 wheel drive, got a manual on a 300CC, and to this date, I don't know what the heck I have. I have changed the oil and found steel shavings in the oil, so I'm real concerned. I have tried to call Shawn Hart, He has never returned any of my calls. I also can not keep any screws in the bed hoist base, can not keep the motor running when going down hill with your foot on the brake.
