Bought a fresh Horizon Elliptical through Dick's Sporting Goods. It came in a container using the whole front-panel shattered into many items. The sign up the exterior of the container claims to contact Skyline, not Dickis, when there is an issue. Therefore, I named Skyline. These were shut for that week of Holiday. Then I called again on December 29th, 30th, and 31st. I also sent emails about the 30th and 31st. They just permit you to keep messages plus they claim they'll return your phone within 24 hours. They likewise have something which allows one to remove and they'll contact you when your submit point is up. They do not react to the telephone calls. When it comes to e-mail, they deliver you a note simply suggesting to contact them. Therefore, around and about we proceed... Don't buy anything from horizon exercise. Evidently I'll never obtain an elliptical which in fact is in one item until I purchase another one and consume the price of that one. No integrity with this specific organization!
