The main Complaint with this company is that they will not even reply to me about the problem I have. The bed leaked upon opening and I have sent the Co. My receipt and upc code in order to receive a free Swiss knife (which I never receved) and the retaileer that I purchased the bed from needs both the upc and receipt to make a refund. I wish they would reply or even let me know that they can do nothing to help me.
