Charged my credit card without sending the product

I called to order a lifting machine over the phone with a credit card. I gave them the information and was told that they would be sending me a receipt in the mail and another by e-mail and would also have the gym in 3-5 weeks. I haven't recieved either of them. I waited for alittle bit to see if it was coming in the mail and after a couple of weeks I called back and was told they would send another receipt and the weight machine was almost complete. I have called numerous times and they tell me the same thing everytime; that its on its way. When in reality he told me the gym should only take 4 days to get here in pennsylvania when they sent it. It has been almost 8 months and haven't recieved anything. They wont answer the phone if its a number that I have used in the past. I can only get ahold of them if I use a different phone number that they haven't seen yet. I have tried to get my money back through my credit card but they told me I waited to long and it was only 2 months. That's how long the company told me the gym would take to get here. I didn't know this was going to happen. I also tried FBI reports and Better Business Bereau and still haven't heard anything. The gym was $1400 but since its on the credit card I'm paying interest and I feel they should be too.
